Congrats on starting your therapy journey! To engage in therapy is to face big, scary, difficult problems or situations, which can be hard work. Our hope is to equip you with the skills to heal and navigate future issues as they arise. Our therapists will let you lead the conversation during sessions, but will ask you about your history during the intake process. This journey is yours, and you decide what to share.
