Vision Board Workshops

Our Associate Therapist Vanessa Fernandez , LMSW, offers a two-hour vision board workshop designed to be a unique experience for personal and organizational introspection. This session emphasizes reflection, creativity, and empowerment. The workshop allows participants to have full autonomy in their creative process, with guiding reflective questions that allow them to keep their values and hopes in mind throughout the activity.  

We provide all necessary materials, but encourage participants to bring any specific items they would like to include, such as personal photos, stickers, or motivational materials they have been saving.
